World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2023

I visited Davos, Switzerland, last week to scope out the WEF.

The conference may very well have been set up with good intentions - I suspect not, but let us at least assume good faith - but even if that were the case, human nature would suggest that the richest, most powerful and most influential people meeting behind closed doors is not good for anyone. Whose best interests will they have at heart? Who will they lobby on behalf of? Us, or themselves?

I went along at the invitation of the Rebel News team to provide some scrutiny and attempt to hold the so-called elite to account.

We managed to track down the private airport where the billionaires were flying into on their private jets before grabbing a private helicopter to get closer to the event venue before making speeches about the rest of us cutting down on travelling. Their hypocrisy knows no bounds.

Greta Thunberg comes across as a woman who has been manipulated and exploited for a political agenda. She had nothing to say of any interest, which is a shame because we gave her the opportunity to get her point across.

It has been suggested that big business moguls provide talking points and that she’s nothing without her script. I hope this is not the case. But it does raise the question, who benefits from all of these Net Zero policies?

Young people have been petrified into believing in the climate cult. Much like with covid, there is lots of talk about “the science”, but very few understand it. How many climate zealots are open to debate? Surely, science is theory-based and open to challenge? If you cannot question it, it is not science; it is propaganda.
