I am just wondering if his speech he gave and the oath he took, there may be a change in his outlook or will he be a hypocritical and still be guided by the WEF elites?

Yes - I've often wondered about that WEF slogan telling us that in a few years time, we will all own nothing! But someone must own it (including the things we now currently own ourselves) - & who will that be, I wonder, & can they be trusted, if they ultimately "own everything"?
Another thing that has concerned me for a number of years now is our gradual loss of privacy - especially since the advent of the modern mobile phone & "apps". The minute you start using your mobile phone - you are being monitored - by either Google (Android phones) or Apple (iPhones) & it's very hard to avoid the many & varied methods of tracking used by mobile phones - especially iPhones, which are still tracking devices even when they a switched off.
Another thing that concerns me, especially since the start of the pandemic, is that some businesses have changed to only accepting electronic/digital payments (eg via cards) & no longer accept cash payments. This again is eating into our privacy, as all electronic payments can ultimately be tracked & if someone manages to have a "stop" placed on your bank account (eg the government, because you have spoken out against it & its policies etc or otherwise said something it does not like), then there will be severe restrictions on what you can do, without any "electronic" means of payment for goods & services for day to day living expenses.

The heads of both the IMF (Kristalina Georgieva) and the European Central Bank (Christine Lagarde) are listed on the WEF websiite as serving on the WEF's Board of Trustees, along with other notable figures such as Laurence D Fink, the chairman of Blackrock and Chrystia Freeland, Deputy PM of Canada. Unlike most 'conspiracy theories', this one is proud to advertise it's credentials on it's own website.
